Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (for physical products).
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded/accessed
  • Services that have already been rendered or partially completed
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

3. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping Returns

If applicable, you’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over.
